Deakin University's Arts Management Program has been providing professional development for arts managers in the Australian arts and cultural sector for over 15 years. Arts management is a career for people who are dedicated to and passionate about the arts. Our program is based on the view that arts managers are vital in creating opportunities for artists and arts organisations to come together with their audiences.
Staying in touch with your university colleagues through the Arts Management Alumni Chapter is a great way to maintain or renew friendships, and may also provide professional networking opportunities to further your career. Alumni members also remain connected to the Deakin community and are kept abreast of important developments taking place at their alma mater.
Other benefits to members include access to professional development seminars, guest speaker forums, and a way of finding long-lost colleagues and friends.
Membership of the Deakin University Alumni Community is available free to all graduates. Benefits include access to a range of Deakin University facilities and services such as Career Development, the JobShop and libraries.
You can join or update your details online when you relocate or change employment at the Deakin Alumni website or by emailing deakin-alumni@deakin.edu.au.
