Applying for a George Fairfax Fellowship

The School of Management and Marketing invites applications for visiting research fellowships.

The School wishes to attract scholars, young and mid-career, from all disciplines of the social sciences, including but not limited to sport, art, leisure, tourism, cultural tourism and events. We draw on the strengths of the School in sport, arts, leisure, events, market research and cultural tourism, in order to shape projects and conferences which cross disciplinary boundaries.

Visiting research fellow (with grant)

Air fare up to $2,700 plus University-style accommodation for between one and two weeks. Reimbursements to cover basic living costs.

Sabbatical fellows (without grant)

The School welcomes academics who wish to spend their sabbatical leave with us. The School provides desk and computer space, network connections and office support services.
