This program is offered for part-time study by distance education so that it can easily fit around work and lifestyle demands. It comprises 8 units (the equivalent of one-year of full-time study).There are some on-campus and residential-unit options.
Professional recognition
The Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management are accredited by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
The Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management offers a pathway for applicants who have significant relevant work history, but who have not completed a Bachelor's Degree.
This program comprises the first four units of the Graduate Diploma of Human Resources (the equivalent of 0.5 years full-time study). Upon successful completion, students are eligible for entry into the Graduate Diploma.
The MBA offers a world renowned leadership qualification. It is designed for mid-level managers who want to extend their knowledge to advance their careers. Students may elect to complete a specialism in Human Resources Management as part of their MBA studies.
