For the second consecutive year, the Federal Parliamentary Library is offering an exciting opportunity for Australians and Permanent Residents undertaking honours and postgraduate research in the areas of Australian public policy, law, politics, economics or parliamentary practise.
Slated to take place during the summer academic break of 2014 (January - February), the scholarship offers you an opportunity to spend six weeks in the Parliamentary Library in Canberra, conducting research into an aspect of public policy, historical or contemporary in nature, of relevance to the Commonwealth Parliament. The successful applicant will receive privileged access to the Parliamentary Library's collections and facilities, in addition to collaboration with its relevant expert librarians and researchers and an honorarium of $1,800 paid at the completion of the program.
