Articulation is for students currently studying a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma who expect to complete their current course and wish to enrol in a higher award such as a Graduate Diploma or Masters award.
International students who wish to articulate should contact a student adviser for assistance.
For domestic students, the process required to articulate will vary depending on when you expect to complete your current course and the semester/trimester that you wish to commence studying your new course. The options available are as follows:
If you expect to complete your course at the end of Semester 2, 2008 and wish to articulate in Trimester 3 download the Articulation form [31Kb PDF]
and list the units you wish to study in both Trimester 3 and Trimesters 1 and 2, 2009. Please complete and return this form by 14 October 2008. You do not need to re-enrol via the web.
(Classes for Trimester 3 commence on 10 November 2008. Please note this coincides with the second week of the Semester 2 2008 exam period. If you have a Semester 2 exam scheduled during this week, you may be required to miss a class in the first week of Trimester 3.)
If you expect to complete your course at the end of Semester 2 2008 and wish to articulate in Trimester 1 2009, download the Articulation form [31Kb PDF] and list the units you wish to study in both Trimesters 1 and 2, 2009. Please complete and return this form by 14 October 2008. You do not need to re-enrol via the web.
If you expect to complete your course at the end of Trimester 3 (previously Summer Semester) and wish to articulate in Trimester 1, 2009, you will need to re-enrol online for Trimester 3 by 19 October 2008 and immediately email a student adviser to advise them of your intention to articulate in Trimester 1, 2009.
If you are changing course and you are a FEE-HELP student, you will need to complete a new Electronic Commonwealth Assistance form online via StudentConnect after you have been enrolled in your new course. If you have any queries please email enquire@deakin.edu.au or call (03) 9244 6333.
