Geelong Intercampus Shuttle Bus Service
The Geelong Intercampus Shuttle Bus service is a free, convenient and sustainable mode of transport between the two Geelong Campuses. This service is available to Deakin students annd staff.
How often does the shuttle bus run?
The bus service operates Monday to Friday from 6:45am to 8:55pm (excluding University holidays). WiFi is also available on the bus (requires Deakin verification when logging on).
The shuttle bus provides a 30 minute frequency from each stop. Super convenient!

What if the shuttle bus is full?
There may be times that passenger demand exceeds seating capacity. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but this is not always possible. The alternative options are to catch the next service (half hour frequency), car pool with others or utilise the public transport bus service.
Barwon Valley Activity Centre (BVAC)/Deakin Park and Ride service
With support from Geelong City Council, we are now able to provide our students and satff with an integrated and sustainable way of getting to either Deakin Geelong campus.
Ride your bike, walk or park for free within the BVAC car park and a Deakin Intercampus Shuttle Bus will take you to either the Geelong Waterfront or Waurn Ponds campus.
The Deakin Intercampus Shuttle Bus services the BVAC car park Monday to Friday 7:00am to 8:30pm (excluding University holidays).
