Induction - Information for new staff and supervisors

Induction at Deakin has been designed to ensure that new staff are able to settle quickly into their role, and to ensure that first impressions of the University are positive.

The University provides staff induction at two levels:

In addition to the above, tailored orientation for new Heads of School is provided. Members of the Human Resources Division provide this individualised support through the Staff Partnership Program.
