Learning Repository: Learning Repository Integration (500 Error)
After activating an Equella item via the Learning Repository in CloudDeakin a 500 Error message is displayed.
Work-around:
Activate item via equella.deakin.edu.au or via eReadings integration.
Resolution:

Additional application: unable to use release conditions and add a description
In CloudDeakin unable to use release conditions and add a description when adding an Additional Application (e.g. Echosystem, Mediawiki).
Work-around:

Equella: Error on EzProxy links
Receive 404 error message or file not found message when accessing EzProxy links.
Work-around:
Contact faculties CloudDeakin Support team.
Resolution:
Review URL and correct accordingly.
Browser: Unsecure content not displayed
Unsecure content is not displayed in Firefox version 23 and subsequent version as well as Chrome. This may affect applications such as CloudDeakin, eLive and DeakinAir.

Blackboard Collaborate: Error message unidentified developer
Users who are using OS X 10.8.5 and Firefox might receive error message of "meeting.jnlp can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer" when trying to launch Blackboard Collaborate.

eLive: Java issue
Received error when launching eLive.
