For the second time, since its inauguration in France in 1985, The International Brachiopod Congress is to be held in the Southern Hemisphere, this time in Melbourne, Australia. The Congress programme will feature several special symposia in honour of some distinguished brachiopod workers, keynote speakers, lectures, posters, a dinner, and a range of exciting mid-congress, pre- and post-congress field trips.
