The Alwyn Williams Fund

The Alwyn Williams Fund has been established to commemorate the life and work of the distinguished brachiopodologist Sir Alwyn Williams, and aims to provide funding to allow young and early career brachiopod researchers (under the age of 33, at the time of application) to attend international conferences. The Fund particularly intends to support researchers from countries where it would otherwise be difficult to find the funds to allow them to participate in such events.

Applications are therefore invited for financial support to attend the 6th International Brachiopod Congress, 1-5 February, 2010, Melbourne, Australia.
