How to pay your tuition fees
Paying your fees at Deakin is simple. You can view your invoices and manage your payments online through our StudentConnect portal, or use one of our other accepted payment methods.
There are a few different ways you can pay your fees
Once you’re a student at Deakin, you’ll be able to manage your enrolment, fees and payments through our online StudentConnect system. You’ll also be able to view your fees owed for the current study period and access your invoices.
It’s important to us that you can make payments in a way that suits you. That’s why you can also use the following options to pay your student fees:
- pay in person at our university cashier office (Mastercard, Visa or EFTPOS debit card only)
- pay at an Australian Post Office with Post Billpay.
- use BPAY to make a phone or online payment from your financial institution.
- pay with a Western Union money transfer.

Any organisation or third party can sponsor your course fees. Once the sponsor completes a sponsorship agreement form and submits it to Deakin, all invoices will be sent directly to them. A single invoice listing all sponsored students will also be sent to the sponsor within two weeks of the census date of each study period. Further information can be provided once you enrol.
