Course overview
The Graduate Certificate of Information Systems is designed as an introductory course for business professionals working in information systems and eCommerce roles in business and government. The course focuses on the strategic use of information in a business and policy context, supported by a sound technical understanding and capability in specific areas of eCommerce, eBusiness and Supply Chain Management. In undertaking this course students will be expected to develop skills in information systems. This course also assists graduates from disciplines such as business, management, marketing, social policy or public administration to understand the business implications of eCommerce. The course meets the needs of students from different backgrounds and incorporates extremely flexible methods of delivery combining the use of high quality Cloud (online) mode study materials with periods of intensive face-to-face learning, as well as the option to undertake many units entirely through electronic teaching.
