Content
This unit introduces the principles and practices of marketing to students in the heritage and museums sphere. It addresses the following topics: The marketing concept; strategic planning; market segmentation, targeting and positioning; museum and heritage visitors; market research for museums and heritage sites; heritage and museum products; outreach products; communication and public relations; museum and heritage pricing.
