This unit allows students to develop knowledge and skills through experiential learning in international situations. Students will undertake a workshop before departure on how PR is nationally distinct in Malaysia and Singapore – in so doing they will cover an introduction to each nation’s history in respect of PR. When in country students participate in workshops with PR cohorts from host universities; visit and experience PR as practised in a variety of organisations – government; NFP; commercial and military and consultancy with specialist practice areas e.g. event management.

Case study presentation and reflection, 50%, 2000 words or equivalent
