Content
In this unit, students will gain an understanding of advanced and current topics in social psychology. Students will learn about topics such as: interpersonal relationships, social identity, intergroup relationships, inequality, politics and collective action. The unit is intended to extend students' understanding of the basic social psychology concepts taught in HPS204 Social Psychology and their understanding of current areas of research and debate in the field of social psychology. This unit has a strong emphasis on developing novel research questions and designs. Students will also learn to work collaboratively with their peers and provide/receive peer feedback.
