Content
This unit introduces students to psychological theories, models, methodologies, and research relevant to the successful functioning of organisations and individuals within organisations. The unit will explore key organisational concepts and theories that relate to organisational culture, teams, leadership, workplace attitudes, diversity, and cross-cultural issues in the context of performance and worker wellbeing. There will be an emphasis on the application of the content explored to the practice of organisational psychology. Additionally, students will further develop competencies in writing and delivering presentations appropriate for a culturally diverse range of clients and diverse range of professionals and organisations - skills that are essential for organisational psychologists.
