Students are expected to attend regular meetings with their academic supervisor, either in person or online.

Content

This is the last of the four research thesis units (HPS785, HPS792, HPS793 and HPS794). During this unit, students are expected to submit a written research report on the empirical work, in the form of a journal article.

On completion of the thesis units, students should be able to:

  • conduct empirical research that contributes to advancing understanding in a field of organisational psychology;
  • extend theoretical knowledge in an area of organisational psychology;
  • write up an empirical investigation that addresses the above areas.

Research report contributes 65% to overall mark for thesis units, calculated after all four thesis components are assessed.
