Content
The unit covers: the impact of accounting; accounting reports; introduction of the accounting equation; classification; analysis and summarisation of transactions; accounting systems and internal control; the management decision-making process; cost concepts for management decisions; importance of budgets in the decision-making process; management of financial resources; techniques to analyse statements; limitations; evaluating performance; evaluating financial position.Assessment
