Content

The unit provides the underlying concepts and purpose of commercial law. It covers the Australian legal system and the law relating to contract and negligence.

Assessment

Test(s) 40%, Examination 2 hours 60%

Hurdle requirement achieve at least 50% of the marks available on the examination.

From Trimester 2 2013:

Assessment 1 (Individual) - Multiple choice tests 25%

Assessment 2 (Individual) - Essay - 1000 words 15%
