Content

One of the key capabilities required to be successful in today’s modern workplace is the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This unit aims to develop students’ understanding of team and individual effectiveness through the application of core concepts such as team formation and development, team member roles, feedback processes, and leadership. In doing so, students will cultivate the ability to resolve conflict, manage a virtual team project, negotiate, understand the role of culture and diversity, and use feedback to develop a deeper sense of self-awareness.
