Content

This unit introduces students to the property management field and its interconnections with the planning, design, construction and maintenance of buildings. This unit includes different land uses such as residential, office and retail with an emphasis on buildings in use. Apart from value management, this unit also covers make good clauses, building pathology, asset management, facilities management and planning. Sustainability issues in property management are an increasingly important issue and an integral part of this role.
