ContentMany organisations are streamlining their business processes through electronic channels to strengthen their performance and competitive position. With the advent of global networking, the Net-enhanced organisations and supply chains are increasingly playing an important role in the national economy as well as in international business. This unit examines a range of concepts, management challenges, and tools for the adaptation of business processes in eBusiness settings, reflecting the most recent trends in the application of information technology for business.
