Content
This unit uses the project management body of knowledge (Project Management Institute 2001) framework to present project management in an information systems context. The unit covers project management processes and integration, project scope, time, cost and quality management, risk management, project teams and resources. It also covers areas such as procurement (outsourcing), project communication and documentation.Assessment
