You do not need to apply for a completion letter. The completion letter will automatically be sent to you approximately 1 week after your course status has been changed to 'completed' on the system. You can not get a completion letter until your course status has changed to completed.
You can apply for an early completion letter if you have exceptional circumstances.
To apply for an early completion letter, you should contact your Faculty Office and ask to be put on their priority list for course completion.
After you have been placed on the Faculty priority list, you should regularly check your course status on StudentConnect.
As soon as your course status shows 'completed', you can go to Deakin Central and request your completion letter.
