We understand that students sometimes suffer from financial difficulties beyond their control. Deakin has a financial assistance service that may be able to help with your situation.

If you are having financial difficulties, we recommend that you contact a Financial Assistance Officer as soon as you become aware of your situation.

It may also be a good idea to speak to an International Student Adviser who may be able to help and offer advice about other matters relating to your financial difficulties (such as visa related issues or academic performance).
