Conditions of computer lab use

You must:

1. Comply with
   • Information Technology Use policy
   • Information Technology Use procedure
   • IT Security policy
   • Student Access to Computers
2. Carry your ID card at all times
3. Report faults to the IT Service Desk or laboratory support staff
4. Set your mobile phone to SILENT mode
5. Log out from the workstation after use
6. Take your rubbish with you
7. Collect your printing before you leave
8. Follow all directions given to you by ITSD and academic staff. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action pursuant to Regulation 4.1 (1) - Student Discipline, Section 1.3

You must not:

1. Eat, drink or smoke in any lab area
2. Play games
3. Access offensive material
4. Delete software
5. Copy copyright software
6. Install any software on the lab workstation without the authorisation of an ITSD laboratory staff
7. Present disruptive behaviour
8. Post notices on the ITSD Computer lab notice board
9. Move any furniture, including chairs
