IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for IT support and helps to ensure that IT issues are resolved in the shortest possible time with minimal disruption to work or study.

Calls relating to the use of presentation facilities made from the phones provided in teaching spaces are automatically allocated a priority within the call queue to minimise disruptions to teaching.
