Reporting SPAM

Thanks to our SPAM detection systems at Deakin, millions of SPAM messages each month are denied access to our inboxes. However, occasionally some SPAM may still get through.

It is important to report any SPAM you receive but this must be done within 24 hours of receiving it. You can only report SPAM using Outlook Web Access (OWA) as the original message must be included as an attachment. Eudora does not allow this.

  1. Select the spam message in OWA and click forward.
