Welcome to the Student Rover service

Student Rovers are students who have been studying at Deakin for at least 12 months. They are keen to help other students settle in during the busy, first weeks of University life.

Student Rovers can help you with general IT and Library related information. You can find a Student Rover in the Library learning spaces and selected IT laboratories during the start of Trimesters 1 and 2. It is not hard to 'spot' a Student Rover - simply look out for the bright red shirt with 'I'm here to help' on the back.

If a Student Rover cannot help you find your answers, they will refer you to someone who can!

The Student Rover service hours may vary slightly from Campus to Campus (in response to individual Campus needs).

If you have a query at any time, the regular IT help and Library help services are always available, 24 x 7!
