Tips to maximise your job search success via online, newspapers and community notice boards:

• be selective. There are a lot of resources for you to use in this section. You probably can’t use them all. Focus your attention on the few you find most helpful.

• find the state and community newspapers for your local area
• check Saturday's papers (popular day for job listings)
• visit Deakin University Library or your local public library to view recent copies
