Student associations

More than just a way to meet people

You will have noticed there are a lot of people studying similar degrees to you. One of the best ways to start getting ahead of the crowd for future graduate positions is by building your work skills while you are studying. One of the best ways to build these skills is to get involved in a student association on your campus.

Don't just join student clubs and associations - get involved! It's a great way to build teamwork and event planning skills while having fun and meeting great people. Find out how you can get involved by assisting with, or participating in events. Start by looking at the relevant clubs on campus, or talk to DUSA or your lecturers about starting your own!
