Position title and short job description:

Site Engineer. Working in a site based project team with Foremen / Site Manager / Construction Manager, managing and supervising subcontractors to complete the project.

Working highlight so far:

Successfully completing Alfred Hospital Centre Stage 2.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?

  • Being challenged with something different everyday.
  • Meeting new people and solving issues to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and of a high quality.

An area in which you have needed assistance:

Learning how to successfully communicate with workers and OH&S representatives on site to achieve works safely and without detriment to the environment.

What do you intend to do in the future?

Continue my career with Baulderstone and work up to Project / Construction Management.
