IVF Laboratory Director. Set-up and maintained IVF laboratory systems, and managed a team of Embryologists in a Regional IVF Clinic.

Working highlight so far:

  • Working in IVF laboratories both here and in the United Kingdom.
  • Designing a successful new IVF laboratory.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?

  • Dealing with people,
  • managing a team,
  • researching,
  • implementing and validating new scientific methods with success.

An area in which you have needed assistance:

Computers!!! And keeping up with computer technology.

What do you intend to do in the future?

Start an IVF consultancy business within 5 years.

Make sure you enjoy what you do, and ALWAYS treat people with respect and dignity. Also, keep your options open when studying science, there are new and exciting pathways opening up all of the time.
