Deloitte's Human Capital practice addresses people and talent issues across multiple industries, organisations and functions. We specialise in integrating people strategy with business strategy to boost organisational effectiveness.

Working highlight so far:

Winning Deloitte Business Woman of the Year 2011.

Leading aspects of the larges shared services transformation project in the Southern Hemisphere in 2010/2011.

Spending 6 months on secondment to our internal HR function to gain insights into HR strategy and operations.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?
