Position title and short job description:

HR Consultant - I coordinate all areas of HR for a small manufacturing entity of Alcoa.

Working highlight so far:

Volunteering as a HR Advisor for the Indonesian government for 6 months through the Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development Program.  This role was based in Jakarta and involved a lot of regional travel.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?

Constant contact with people and developing people solutions to business problems, exposure to all aspects of the business, wide range of tasks, no two days are the same.

An area in which you have needed assistance:

Legal obligations.

What do you intend to do in the future?

HR with a NGO.
