People interaction and challenging and applying theoretical models to a clients business problems.

An area in which you have needed assistance:

Coaching and reminders on the fundamentals - its all about the client and how you can add value - especially in tough economic times.

What do you intend to do in the future?

Same as what I'm doing now with a more business development focus.

Plan, plan, plan - working big hours and studying part time is hectic.  Make sure you plan your week and month.
