Position title and short job description:

Managing Director - Viking Home Loans Pty Ltd T/as ANZ Mortgage Solutions (Sth Yarra). My role encompasses Mobile Lending Management, Client Interviews and Interaction, Structuring of Financial Solutions/Loans, Staff Supervision and Business Marketing. It is a challenging and varied role which I enjoy.  

Working highlight so far:

Making the successful transition to self employment and purchasing my ANZ Mobile Lending Franchise.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?

The most enjoyable aspect of my career is the personal involvement with my clients, which permits me to have a positive, long term impact on their lives and their futures.

What do you intend to do in the future?

My future is now clearly defined. My industry has strong growth prospects which are being reflected in the continued growth of my business. I will remain in my current vocation for at least another 10 years.

If self employment is your ambition, then focus intently on the marketing subject(s) during your course of study. To this day, I use various skills and knowledge acquired during my own course of study, which included the principles of marketing, business profile creation and the identification of generic and target markets.
