Manager of Linencare.  I am the manager of an industrial laundry that supplies to local hospitals and hospitality facilities within the region. We have over 90 staff and operate 5 days a week.

Working highlights so far:

Changing the workforce from majority of casual staff to permanent employees.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?

The ability to make changes and that I have major responsibilities.

Covering off on the HR and award elements.
