Position title and short job description:

Team Leader - Disability Management Service. Providing support to clients in a return to work program. The clients that are eligible for the program have a temporary physical/mental health condition and are not being treated and require support or re-skilling to return to the workforce.

Working highlight so far:

Becoming a Team Leader and being able to supervise staff.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?

Helping clients achieve career potential whilst also supporting them with non-vocational support.

What do you intend to do in the future?

I would hopefully one day like to either manage an employment service or perhaps one day return to studies and complete a Diploma in Education Special Needs and teach.

#1 tip for current students studying your course:

Make sure you have plenty of balance in your life. Enjoy the social aspects of the university campus. Try and work in the industry that you are studying and get hands on experience whilst studying. Most importantly, enjoy your time at Uni! It's the best years of life!
