Position title and short job description:

Technical Consultant. Work with clients in both a pre-sales and implementation capacity to deliver IT solutions which solve data integrity issues. Also Team Leading a professional services delivery team.

Working highlight so far:

Travelling overseas for client projects.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?

The working environment and culture is great, so the people are one of the greatest things about my job. But also, my role is quite dynamic and I deal with a variety of people in both IT and business which makes it interesting and helps build my commercial skills.

An area in which you have needed assistance:

Part of my personal development involves various areas to work on and improve.  Most recent was completing Team Leader training.

What do you intend to do in the future?

I'm interested in either managing a team, or moving into a project management role in the future.

#1 tip for current students studying your course:

Undertake work placement to gain experience and put what you learn into action.  This is a great advantage when applying for jobs and will differentiate you from most other applicants.
