Position title and short job description:

IT Domain Specialist. I work in an Identity and Access Management group. My role covers many aspects of Microsoft Active Directory and Sun Directory Server as well as provisioning systems such as SUN Identity Manager.

Working highlight so far:

Research at Deakin in my chosen field of Identity lead me to work on various Identity related projects within my company to investigate leading alternative Identity solutions.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?

Technology and people challenges.

What do you intend to do in the future?

I have worked in IT for almost 30 years in one way or another - Electronics, Data Communications, Computer Networking, Programming and Identity and Access Management. Therefore I feel I have a good grounding in all aspects of Computers from ground up. I would dearly love to share this knowledge with new people in this industry, therefore I think my next calling would be a teacher in a University/TAFE etc.
