Position title and short job description:

ICT Support Officer. Responsible for providing maintenance and support across the IT service operation elements pertaining to all GippsTAFE IT systems.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?

I'm always working with different clients on different projects. There's always somethings new and I'm not doing the same thing everyday. Its my ideal job as it incorporates both my education in IT with working knowledge of technical support.

An area in which you have needed assistance:

Routing, switching and VOIP.

What do you intend to do in the future?

My long range career goal is to do network management and involve myself in various projects for the company I work for.
