Graduate Analyst Programmer. An Analyst Programmer is responsible for software changes in association with the maintenance, development or implementation of Callista Software.

What are the things you enjoy most about your job?

Relaxed atmosphere, flexible hours,  challenging work, friendly work-mates.

An area in which you have needed assistance:

Adjusting from Uni life, to the corporate world. This was made much easier for me and the other grads, as Callista enrolled us in an external program that helped us to understand what is expected in an organisation.

What do you intend to do in the future?

Continue working at Callista i hope. Loving every day of it.

#1 tip for current students studying your course:

Try to keep your options open at the start by not focusing too hard in the one area of IT. Select different units from different areas relating to IT to get a feel for it all.
