Application deadlines

Applications must be completed by the following dates.

For semester- or year-long Exchange or Study Abroad programs in:

Study Overseas in Trimester 1, 2014

• Faculty (study plans): May 20th, 2013
• Exchange Application: June 28th, 2013

Study Overseas in Trimester 2, 2014

• Faculty (study plans): October 21st ,2013
• Exchange Application: December 16th, 2013

Applications will not be considered after the application deadline, unless indicated on the list of available destinations.

For Summer or Winter programs in:

• May-August (Summer program)
  • Submit your application by 1 March
• January-February (Winter program)
  • Submit your application by 1 September (for exchange in the following year)

Where do I submit my application?

Short Term Programs

Once you have completed all the necessary steps for applying, all short term program applications should be submitted to the Education Abroad office.

For students at the Waterfront, Waurn Ponds and Warrnambool Campuses, you can submit your application form at each your campus's International Office.

Study Abroad & Exchange Programs

Once you have completed all the necessary steps for applying, Gain access to the online application during the submission dates which are between the faculty approval deadline and the Exchange & Study Abroad application deadline.
