What can I say? Indonesia is, to say the least, incredible. The year I spent in this fascinating country has opened me up to so many of its diversities - from language, mannerisms and customs to traditional medicine and more. For me it had long been a dream to travel overseas, but financial restraints were a definite obstacle. With help from Deakin and the exchange program being recognised by Centrelink, a year abroad finally became realisable.
