Students wishing to apply for a Study Abroad program will need to speak with their Faculty regarding the possibility of credit transfer.
Students on Study Abroad intermit from Deakin (for one or two trimesters) and pay fees directly to the Study Abroad host university. Students must meet Deakin's eligibility criteria and application deadlines for Exchange and Study Abroad programs.
The University of Hyderabad is one of India's elite universities.
It is a relatively small institution with a well-established Study Abroad program that caters for more than one hundred US and European upper-level undergraduate students each trimester. From 2009, Deakin students studying arts in the Faculty of Arts and Education have the opportunity to join this program.
A wide range of units are available across many disciplines; including, history, political science, sociology, anthropology, folk culture studies, theatre arts, painting, print-making, sculpture, dance, and media studies.
