Student prizes:
The Vice-Chancellor awards prizes annually to students for outstanding academic performance and contribution to the University and community.

Staff awards:
The Vice-Chancellor also awards staff prizes annually.  Students have the ability to nominate a member of staff for one of these awards, 'Excellence in Research Supervision'. Nominations for this award open on 1 February,  and close on 4 April, 2012.
