Applications/nominations close for the following student award categories for students who complete their course during Trimester 3, 2011 or Trimester 1 or 2, 2012:

  • Vice-Chancellor's Medal for Outstanding Contribution to University Life
  • Vice-Chancellor's Prize
  • The Austin and Valerie Asche Essay Prize in Contemporary Australian Society and Culture
  • Alfred Deakin Medal
  • The Isi Liebler Prize.

Faculties/Institutes to forward nominations for the following student award category to the Secretary, Thesis Examination Subcommittee: 

  • Alfred Deakin Medal for Doctoral Thesis.

Meeting of the Vice-Chancellor's Prizes and Awards Committee to consider recommendations for student awards.

March and April 2013

Awarding of prizes at graduation ceremonies.

 

 

  PLEASE NOTE: Students who complete their course during Trimester 3, 2012 will be invited to apply in the 2013/14 round of student prizes and awards.
