The Vice-Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Achievement has been established to recognise the outstanding achievements of students completing their postgraduate degree by coursework. The award is offered to the highest achieving student enrolled in a Masters program in each Faculty.
Up to four medals are conferred each year, one from each Faculty. Each award consists of $1,000 and a framed medallion and will be presented at one of the annual graduation ceremonies. An appropriate endorsement is also made on each student's academic record.
The award is not available to students enrolled in a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma.
Successful students will be notified by the University of their receipt of this award in March 2014.
