Exam clash (two or more units timetabled at the same time)

An examination clash occurs if you have two or more exams scheduled to commence on the same day and with the same start time. Two exams scheduled on the same date but with different start times is not a clash.

If your personal exam timetable on StudentConnect is showing an examination clash please contact assess-on@deakin.edu.au for on-campus students, or ext-exam@deakin.edu.au for off-campus students.

Anonymous marking in examinations

Deakin University operates a policy of anonymous marking for all centrally organised examinations wherever reasonably practicable. Student names are hidden from the markers in order to ensure that marking is fair and is not influenced by factors other than the standard of work.

Information regarding Deakin University's Anonymous Marking in Examinations Policy can be obtained from The Guide.
